Refund policy

At Juss Rite Creations, your satisfaction is important to us. While all of our products are handcrafted with care and quality ingredients, we do not accept returns or offer refunds, except in the case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your package at admin@jussrite.com. Include the following:

Order number
Description of the issue
Clear photos and/or videos of the product(s)
Proof of purchase

We will promptly evaluate the issue and work with you to find a solution.

2. Returns

We do not accept general returns. In special cases where a return is authorized (due to a product issue), the item must be:

Unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
Accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase

Customers are responsible for providing their own return shipping label and tracking number.

3. Refunds

If your return is approved:

A refund will be issued to your original payment method
Return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund
Processing time may vary depending on courier and bank

Refunds are not guaranteed for late or unauthorized returns.

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you received the wrong item or a damaged product, we would address the issue through a refund or replacement (if eligible).

Important Notes

Items marked FINAL SALE, gift sets, and sample sizes are non-refundable and non-returnable.
For BOGO promotions, both items must be returned for a refund.
Packing slip must be included in any return to ensure timely processing.
Carefully double-check your shipping address (including building or apartment numbers) to avoid delays or lost packages.
