Payment Disputes & Chargeback Policy

(Online & In-Person Sales)

At Juss Rite Creations, we value transparency and fair business practices. This policy outlines how payment disputes and chargebacks are handled for both online and in-person purchases.

1. Contact Us First

Customers agree to contact Juss Rite Creations directly at admin@jussrite.com to resolve any questions or concerns regarding an order before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with their bank, credit card company, or payment provider.

Many issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication.

2. Online Purchases

All online purchases are processed securely through Shopify Payments and other authorized payment providers.

By completing a purchase, customers:

  • Authorize Juss Rite Creations to charge the payment method provided at checkout

  • Confirm that the billing and shipping information entered is accurate

  • Agree to all store policies displayed at the time of purchase

We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback related to an online order by providing evidence such as:

  • Order confirmation and transaction records

  • Shipping confirmation and tracking information

  • Proof of delivery

  • Customer communications

  • Store policies agreed to at checkout

3. In-Person Sales (Pop-Ups, Markets & Events)

All purchases made in person at pop-up shops, vendor markets, fairs, or special events are considered final sale, except where required by law.

Customers authorize payment at the point of sale by:

  • Tapping, inserting, or swiping their card

  • Approving payment via mobile wallet or other contactless methods

Once a transaction is completed, it cannot be reversed.

4. Chargebacks & Disputes

Juss Rite Creations reserves the right to challenge any chargeback that we believe to be fraudulent, unjustified, or in violation of this policy.

Evidence submitted may include:

  • Point-of-sale transaction confirmations

  • Receipts or payment logs

  • Proof of product delivery or fulfillment

  • Event or market sales records

5. Fraudulent or Unjustified Chargebacks

Customers who initiate chargebacks for valid and fulfilled orders—without first contacting us—may be:

  • Restricted or permanently prohibited from making future purchases

  • Flagged internally to prevent repeat abuse

Fraudulent chargebacks negatively impact small businesses and may result in additional action where appropriate.

By placing an order online or completing a purchase in person, customers acknowledge and agree to this Payment Disputes & Chargeback Policy, along with all other Juss Rite Creations policies.
