Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Juss Rite Creations! We’re committed to delivering your order with care and transparency. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how and when your items will arrive.

Processing Time

All of our products are handmade in small batches to ensure the highest quality. Please allow 2–5 business days for order processing before your items are shipped. During holidays, promotions, or sales, processing times may extend slightly.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method. We currently offer:

Standard Shipping (US only): 3–7 business days after processing
Priority Shipping (US only): 2–3 business days after processing
Free Standard Shipping: on orders $60+ (after discounts)

We do not currently offer international shipping.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Shipping Carriers

We partner with major U.S. carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on the most efficient and cost-effective option for your area.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. Juss Rite Creations is not responsible for delayed or lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply to re-ship.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once your order has been handed to the carrier, title and risk of loss transfer to you. We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please email admin@jussrite.com within 48 hours with photos and your order number.

For lost or stolen packages, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.
